Privacy Policy
This page explains, in plain language, what personal data Easy Trading collects on this website, why we collect it, who else can see it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We have written it to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
1. Who we are
Easy Trading is a stock-market education institute in Jalgaon, Maharashtra. For the purposes of the DPDP Act we are the Data Fiduciary — the party that decides why and how your personal data is processed. You are the Data Principal.

2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you book the demo class through the form on this site, we ask for and store:
- Your name
- Your 10-digit mobile number
That is the entire set of directly identifying information we ask for. We do not ask for your email address, date of birth, address, PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, demat account details, or any financial information on this website.
Information collected automatically
When you use the site we also record, alongside your enquiry:
- Which advertisement or link brought you here (campaign tags such as utm_source, and Google/Meta click identifiers)
- The page you landed on and the site that referred you
- Which version of the page you saw (we run A/B tests)
- Your browser and device type (user-agent string) and the country your connection resolves to
We do not store your full IP address in our own records.
Session recording and heatmaps
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people actually use this page — where they scroll, what they click, and where they get stuck. This creates a replay of your visit. Clarity is configured to mask all text and all form inputs by default, so the name and phone number you type are not captured in these recordings. The recordings show layout, movement and clicks — not the content of what you type.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis
Under the DPDP Act we rely on your consent, which you give when you submit the booking form. We use your data only to:
- Contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm your demo class seat and answer your questions
- Tell our own team that a new enquiry has arrived, so someone follows up
- Understand which advertising and which page layouts actually help people, so we can improve them
We do not sell your data. We do not rent, trade or share your contact details with other coaching institutes, brokers, advisers, or any third party for their own marketing.
4. Who else processes your data
We use established service providers ("Data Processors") to run this website. Each one only receives what it needs:
| Service | What it does | What it can see |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosts the website and stores enquiries | Your name and phone number; connection data |
| Microsoft Clarity | Heatmaps and session replay | Clicks, scrolling, page layout. Text and form inputs are masked |
| Google (Ads & Analytics) | Measures which ads bring enquiries | Site activity and ad click identifiers — not your name or number |
| Meta (Facebook/Instagram Pixel) | Measures which ads bring enquiries | Site activity and ad click identifiers — not your name or number |
| AiSensy (WhatsApp Business) | Alerts our team about a new enquiry | Your name and phone number |
Some of these providers are based outside India and may process data on servers abroad. This is permitted under the DPDP Act except for territories the Central Government restricts.
5. Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies and similar identifiers. None of them are used to build an advertising profile of you by us.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| _clck | Microsoft Clarity | Recognises a returning visitor so sessions join up | 1 year |
| _clsk | Microsoft Clarity | Links the pages of one visit together | 1 day |
| _ga / _gcl_* | Measures ad performance | Up to 2 years | |
| _fbp | Meta | Measures ad performance | 3 months |
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking them will not stop you from booking a demo class.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records (name, phone, campaign details) for as long as we are in contact with you about our courses, and afterwards only so long as we have a genuine reason to — for example, if you later enrol and become a student. If you ask us to erase your data, we will delete it. Analytics providers apply their own retention periods, typically between 13 months and 2 years.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you may ask us to:
- Show you what personal data of yours we hold and who we have shared it with
- Correct or complete anything that is wrong or out of date
- Erase your data, where we have no lawful reason to keep it
- Withdraw your consent — you can do this at any time, and it is as easy to withdraw as it was to give. Simply message us on WhatsApp or email us and say "stop contacting me".
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf, in the event of your death or incapacity
Write to easytrading.asia@gmail.com and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Children
This website and our courses are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Consistent with Microsoft's own terms, session recording is not used on services directed at under-18s. If you believe a child has submitted their details to us, contact us and we will delete the record.
9. Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS with a strict content-security policy, and enquiry records are held in access-controlled storage. No system is perfectly secure, but if a personal data breach occurs we will notify the Data Protection Board and affected individuals as the DPDP Act requires.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. India's DPDP Rules continue to come into force through 2026–27, and we will adjust this notice as those obligations commence.
